Mostly good experience
I bought a "Velvet Bow" and a "Faux Leather Bow" for my niece. The colors were nice, and they arrived in about a week, which is fair for standard shipping. The velvet bow felt really soft and seemed well-made. The faux leather one was okay, but I thought the clip on it felt a little flimsy compared to some others I've seen. Service was fine; didn't need to contact them. Overall, decent value for the price, but maybe they could use sturdier clips on some of the heavier bows. I'd probably still order again, just might stick to the fabric ones.
